Senior photos are an exciting event which has become a ritual for the final year of school! Students can be excited with anticipation of the day or can also be shy and reserved, not really sure what to do. Michael prides himself with making your student feel comfortable and proud of the images which they often didn't think were possible! His style is not always the normal poses found by typical senior photographers, but tends to be creative to fit the personality and look which the family desires. It can be as simple as a standard studio shoot or something ambitious such as an archery session, action sport shots, or riding horses on a farm. The shoot should be fun and the pictures will make everyone proud of their student!
Cost: This greatly varies with packages starting at $325 depending on the location, number of looks and images desired. The cost covers the shoot, which can last two to four hours, post production, and delivery of generally 15 to 20 digital images suitable for social sharing as well a high resolution print provided to the school. Additional prints can be purchased from this website at an additional reasonable charge. A 25% deposit is requested prior to scheduling.
Process: Inquiries should be made to email@example.com or by using the Contact page on this website. Once the price and timing is agreed upon, we will schedule the session. Senior photos may be shot with the photographer alone or with a team including makeup artists and an assistant. A few weeks before the shoot, we will discuss the clothes and the looks with the parents and/or the student. After the shoot is complete, Michael will select the best photos and post them for review by the family on this website. Once the family selects their top images, they are post-processed and delivered via a private gallery. At that time, digital images may be downloaded, and prints may be ordered via the print house affiliated with Michael Matzko Photography.
Each school has a different timeline and format requirement to meet the yearbook deadline. Please provide that information when you schedule the shoot and/or a contact at the school where the photo can be submitted.
